Its a lovely 65 degrees and sunny here in Sac, though a little breezy. I took Alki out front to play a little frisbee to wear her down a bit before our walk. Then we walked to the smaller park that is just around the block. She was pretty unfocused on our walk to the park, and once we got there she tired out pretty quick. So we walked a bit and then sat together in the shade a while. She started alerting on every little thing so then we worked on some "look at that" and "watch me" and then I sprinkled some kibble in the grass for her to scavenge. The elementary school next to the park was out on recess so there was a lot to hear & see there, though initially it didnt phase her, until most of the kids went inside and there was just a handful out there. A man on a bike rode past which got her tense, but the moment I started our "look at that" routine she calmed right down. Then she was all re-energized so we played some more frisbee. As she was winding down a couple and their very little kid arrived at the park and were heading toward us so we started walking again. The kid had something on her clothes that made her jingle, and she was moving in an odd fashion (separated from her parents, standing still staring at the ground--not weird for a 2 yr old but weird to dogs) plus she was super small, and Alki was really not sure about it, so we did our best to work on LAT and watch me and then just moved on. I wasnt super satisfied with where we ended but I know she hasnt been out in this type of environment in 2 wks so we need to take it slow again. And she didnt have any outbursts so thats always good. After we moved away from the family we played some more frisbee and then headed home. She was very tired but very focused and heeled perfectly on the way home!
ETA: a video!
Also to add: just played with Royal and the flirt pole for a while, then let the other 2 out. Played ball with Alki while the boys hung around. Then dug out an old long but shallow rubbermaid type container from the garage and filled it with water for Royal, which he LOVED! Brock dug a bit, and chased Alki and Royal some. Then I put Royal & Alki inside and played chuck-it with Brock which we havent done in the yard EVER, and he loved it! He was hot by then though so we didnt play long, but we will definitely have to do this more often!! (He generally loses interest so fast or is hard to get interested, we just never play). All in all, tons of fun in the sun!
And we are going to brave walmart tonight (*shudder*) to look for a kiddie pool for Royal.

Sounds like you're doing all the right stuff with Alki. It's so sad to see beautiful dogs so fearful.
