I went to a biiiig party last night, it was sooo fun! There were tons of people there to pet me and talk to me, lots of stuff to sniff, AND 6 other dogs! Some of the dogs didnt want to play with me, and some of the people thought I was mean just because I barked because didnt want any of the dogs to take my chewie, so mom put me out in the car for most of the time so they would stop glaring at her. :( She said it was okay and that she still loved me because I was just being a normal dog, but that a lot of people dont get it. I dont get them! The dogs understood what I was saying! But eventually the up tight people left so mom brought me back in. The people hosting the party were Hunden's owners, and they like me a lot and kept asking to bring me back in. ;) Mom said I was a very good boy though.
Then today mom took me downtown with her and auntie Stephanie to go shopping! I had to wear a special vest though so that I could go into the stores. Mom says Im going to be a "therapy dog" but that I have to take a test first. I cant take it until Im a year old though, and I have to heel without any treats, so mom wants to practice more until Im old enough. She said I did really good today, but boy was I exhausted!!! It is a lot of hard work thinking that long!! My brain isnt used to it.. Shes also teaching me how to ring a bell, something about not peeing in the house anymore, I dunno. All I know is, when you gotta go, you gotta go!! Its not my fault that mom can read minds, sheesh.

My mom says that she wants to know how you're learning to heel with no treats. We do everything else with no treats, and we don't really pull on leashes, but heel? No way!

I cna heel with no treats too, but only because I'm getting too old to bother misbehaving!

You are a really smart Husky to become a therapy dog. Maybe that "tutoring" episode had something to do with it.:-) I got "tutored" in April. My human took a week of vacation time so that she could be home with me after my "tutoring".

My mommy is so tired running after me. She says that I have too much energy & she is getting old. Nah, she's still OK. She's always asking me if I have to go bye-byes. But, I think, I am getting better at holding it. My bruther told me that a therapy dog helps people. That sounds like a really cool thing to do.
