So, a brief dog-activity recap, as well as I can remember....
4.16.10: took all 3 out to folsom lake as planned! was a BLAST. the water level was much higher than I'd ever seen it, and there were 2 park officials there searching a big group of college kids (eventually they kicked them all out), and there was quite a few people there, sprinkled all around the lake, so the dogs couldn't run off leash as much as usual, but we walked on our 26 ft flexis all around, they all got some off leash time, and it was GORGEOUS out, clear sunny skies, flowers blooming everywhere, tons of beautiful black butterflies.. a wonderful day.
4.17.10: dont think we did anything this day.. I had class until 2 and then Tony & I were out most of the day as it was Record Store Day! and then we celebrated our 2 yr anniversary with sushi in the eve. May have played fetch with Alki out back briefly in the am or afternoon between outings. Been doing that a lot this week.
4.18.10: took the boys to Discovery Park for a nice long walk. it was quite warm out, and the park very busy, so definitely no off leash time, even for Royal. saw HORSES though, which they were REALLY excited about, especially Royal! prob played fetch out back with Alki also, been good about doing it every day except 1 day this week.
4.19 & 20.10: dont remember.. prob played out back both or at least one of the days!
4.21-23.10: played out back with all 3 dogs every day, once or twice a day. been playing fetch with Brock a lot as well since I bought new tennis balls on saturday!
4.24.10: husky meet up! met at a dog park for an hr and a half! the boys did perfectly and had a blast, though it was pretty hot so they werent super active. there were a few MORONS there that day but we managed to avoid them as much as possible.. the sibe people were all great though.
played fetch with Alki out back in the eve!
4.25.10: disc dog event! took the boys, stayed over 4 hrs! walked/ran with the boys throughout the day, practiced a tiny bit of rally behaviors with Royal around the distraction but he was way too hot to focus, and practiced lots of disc stuff with Brock all throughout. he did so great and the event was awesome! great weather, so nice sitting outside in the shade with the dogs, with other dogs, watching dogs catch some plastic. :)
played frisbee with Alki that eve at our fave local park a few blocks away.
4.26.10 (TODAY): walked Alki for about 40 mins. went to the small park around the corner and played a little disc but I got it stuck in the tree!!! after a valiant effort to try and knock it down (including getting her leash stuck as well... luckily the stick I found could reach the leash) we just walked home. :P she was really hot by then anyway. she did great even with barking dogs in the distance and some people in drive ways.
ETA: just played fetch with Alki in the yard. clouds have come out and it is MUCH cooler, but she still got tired quick and we had to stop after 15 mins.

After the disc dog event I wanted to look up some info on conditioning dogs for sports. I want to get Alki & Brock more fit, and especially since they are aging I want to learn about good warm up and stretching exercises we can start doing. found some good info (for my reference, and yours!):
